• Include a detailed description of the issue along with relevant screenshots or recordings (if applicable)

We will review the concern and provide necessary support or fixes as per your service agreement. Please note that requests submitted beyond the 24-hour window may be treated as part of a new support request or additional maintenance, depending on the nature of the issue.
